Surprise! We're Expecting!

If you havn’t yet heard from my other social medias… I’M PREGNANT!! I found out at about 5 weeks pregnant, we were not trying and baby was a big surprise, but we could not be more excited for our new addition to the family! We kept it a secret for a few weeks from family just to be extra sure and we told both our parents on Mother’s Day weekend which was so extra special! Our families were so happy and excited for us! I put together a little box with a onesie and a letter board sign saying that baby Cross is coming soon and they opened them up!

My due date is January 4th, 2021 and I am so excited to hopefully have a January baby if I make it to 40 weeks pregnant. I had my first appointment with my doctor at about 12 weeks because of COVID they had me wait a little longer to come in for my first appointment. Jacob wasn’t able to come in with me which was really hard for me, but I did it, got my blood drawn, and did amazing. Its just so sad that because of everything happening Jacob won’t be able to be apart of the pregnancy as much as I was hoping.

Since he wasn’t able to come to the first appointment, we made another appointment at an ultrasound specialist in the area because they are allowing people into their office. We got to do a quick ultrasound together and also did a super early blood test t find out the gender!! So stay tuned in the next post for the gender if you don’t already know it!
