last day of summer

the last days of summer are always so sad but exciting. theres excitement to start a new year while also the realization of less free time and more studying and homework... this year will be my first year of college and you should say I'm quite a bit nervous. no familiar faces, new classrooms, and a whole new schedule to get used to has me a bit anxious. I only have two days of classes so I will actually have a lot of time to make videos and do fun things, but the days I do have to go will be long and busy...

so to celebrate my last day of summer, two of jacob and my closest friends Kelsey and Noah met us to go down to San Diego for some shopping, lunch, and coffee. we went to Queenstown Public House for lunch and got a giant pretzel to start and I got breakfast for lunch because I'm obsessed with eggs. then we drove over to Pigment which is the cutest little nicknack shop that has calendars, plants, clothes, and so much more. I got a new hand held calendar for the school year and a cute daisy sticker. then lastly we went to communal coffee for some dessert and coffee and took some pictures along the way, it was a perfect way to spend my last day of the summer with such fun people.
