the 4th celebrations

the 4th of July is something that really signifies summer for me, I have always spent the holiday with my family in Idaho or at the neighborhood potluck. so this year was a different test to my traditional red, white, and blue day, but I enjoyed having something different and exciting in a new place (and I of course didn't mind the company). 

we started off the morning at a local parade in the city Kenai. there were firetrucks, ambulances, old cars, marching bands, and so much more that we watched go down the road.
