Two Year Anniversary

last week jacob and I celebrated our two year anniversary of dating! I can't believe it was exactly two years ago that I drove to Better Buzz in Encinitas to meet him. It was my first date with anyone ever and I remember being so nervous and completely freaked out because I really liked him a lot. Sometimes its embarrassing and funny looking back at how scared and nervous I was. My stomach was exploding with butterflies and I honestly couldn't wait for it to be over because of the anticipation. But little did I know that I would be sitting here two years later writing this and reminiscing about this day.

To celebrate we went back to Better Buzz to have coffee and we sat in the exact same seats as two years ago! It was so crazy looking across the table and seeing jacob in the same spot I saw him that long time ago. We were only juniors in high school and it seems that we were completely different people then. And how crazy is it that in just two short years we have created our own company together, have gone to China for a major film project, filmed 4 weddings, and been to Taiwan, Alaska, Hong Kong, and Texas together! If you had told me this sitting in that Better Buzz seat two years ago I probably would have had an anxiety attack. Literally. I would have fallen on the floor with a concussion. And sometimes I look back at all that I have done in the last year and still can't believe it all, and I can say with complete confidence I would not have done any of it without jacob. It has been such a fun adventure getting to know him and becoming part of his family. I feel so blessed daily by him and his caring heart and his godly spirit. He is an answer to my prayers as a little girl for the man I want to be with and it has been amazing seeing our relationship grow and truly become best friends. And heres to many more years of adventures together.
