zip lining

on the first full day of my trip to big bear with jacob and his family, we went zip lining. some were 100 feet high and 800 feet long which was so crazy! we flew through the trees so fast and it was such a rush but such a fun memory.

farmer's market

on the second day we went to the first farmer's market of the season! the ski slopes were closed for the first week of the year and there was barely any snow left on the ground. the market was full of different kinds of vendors like fruit, veggies, kettle corn, soaps, jewelry and so much more. we go toms little sprinkle sugar cookies, walked around, and had such a fun time looking at all the goodies and taking pictures!

bob sledding

also on the second day, we went bob sledding! we rode the chair lift up to the top and raced down to the bottom. we went so fast and it was such a fun, cheap thing to do!

hiking

on the last day of the trip, we went to castle rock to make the journey up to the top to see the most gorgeous view! there was some snow on the ground as we made our way up, along with pretty streams and trees. it was about a 2 mile hike that was not too hard even for me who doesn't get out to hike much and definitely worth it for the sights we got to see.
