Blueberry Picking
One of my absolute favorite parts of my family trip to Idaho is going blueberry picking. We went a little later in the year this year and were so disappointed to hear they were closed until the day after we left. But, after a few days there we drove by and saw a sign saying open and the screams of joy and excitement filled the car in seconds. We went later that same afternoon and learned that they decided to open a few days early due to so many locals calling and asking to pick the berries early, and we were thrilled. As we picked the berries of the bushes and popped them straight into our mouths, we laughed and talked and enjoyed each others company. If you ever find yourself in the little town of Sandpoint, Idaho, you can view the website of the blueberry farm here.
